Attorney Mark Eppley

LEAD ATTORNEY

For the past decade, Attorney Mark C. Eppley has been helping families in the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. He holds a degree in Psychology and Political Science from Calvin College and earned his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University.

As a Cincinnati native Mark attended Loveland Schools, graduating from Loveland High School, making him in tune with local issues and circumstances particular to our region.

He believes in having a strong work ethic and is always willing to accommodate clients. He’s approachable and shows compassion to clients as they go through life altering circumstances.

He holds active licenses in Ohio, Kentucky and Pennsylvania, and with regards to Federal Court he is licensed in the Southern District of Ohio, and Western District of Kentucky, and has Pro Hac Viced numerous times in Florida. This allows him to help a broader range of clients who live outside the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.

The courtroom can be an intimidating place, and Attorney Eppley prepares his clients for what they may encounter, limiting anxiety and surprises. Mark stands on his convictions in the courtroom and is firm as he advocates for clients. He’s a strong negotiator and litigator, with a keen sense of when to go with a settlement and when to stay at the table and fight for more.

attorney Philip Brandewie

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Philip Brandewie is a proud graduate of Capital University in Columbus, Ohio where he obtained his law degree cum, laude. Mr. Brandewie is also a proud graduate of Ohio State University where he majored in history and minored in the legal foundations of society.

Philip is committed to client service and wants to help his clients through the complex legal process.

Philip is a Cincinnati native; he attended Wyoming High School. And is attuned to local issues and concerns. Outside of the law Philip enjoys exercising, especially cycling and racquetball, and watching comedy.

Paralegal

Tabitha Stevens-Collins

Tabitha started her journey as a intern at Eppley Legal Group. She became a full time employee after completing her associates of applied business and the paralegal program through the University of Cincinnati in 2020.

Tabitha plans to continue her education at the University of Cincinnati to obtain her bachelors. Outside of the office Tabitha is a dog mom to three. She has a big heart and loves all types of animals.

Her passion for justice is clear every day. She believes that everyone deserves good representation and strives to be a silent advocate for all Eppley Legal Group clients.

Marketing & Branding Manager

Stephanie Day-Chandler

After attending the University of Cincinnati, Stephanie went on to start up three successful businesses of her own.

After realizing she had a special talent in marketing and branding she decided to offer her skill-set to other small businesses locally in the Cincinnati area. In 2017 Eppley Legal Group had the pleasure of working with Stephanie to re-brand the firm from "Family First Law Offices" into the now infamous ELG.

Once re-branding was complete Eppley Legal Group extended Stephanie a full time position within our firm. Although her forte is marketing, you will often find Stephanie helping our clients in any way that she can. Her empathy for others makes her such a special part of the ELG family.
