Mark C. Eppley


Lead Attorney

 For the past decade, Attorney Mark C. Eppley has been helping families in the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. He holds a degree in Psychology and Political Science from Calvin College and earned his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University.

As a Cincinnati native Mark attended Loveland Schools, graduating from Loveland High School, making him in tune with local issues and circumstances particular to our region.

He believes in having a strong work ethic and is always willing to accommodate clients. He’s approachable and shows compassion to clients as they go through life altering circumstances.

He holds active licenses in Ohio, Kentucky and Pennsylvania, and with regards to Federal Court he is licensed in the Southern District of Ohio, and Western District of Kentucky, and has Pro Hac Viced numerous times in Florida. This allows him to help a broader range of clients who live outside the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.

 The courtroom can be an intimidating place, and Attorney Eppley prepares his clients for what they may encounter, limiting anxiety and surprises. Mark stands on his convictions in the courtroom and is firm as he advocates for clients. He’s a strong negotiator and litigator, with a keen sense of when to go with a settlement and when to stay at the table and fight for more. 

Andrew Green


Associate Attorney

Mr. Andrew W. Green has more than twenty years of experience as both a trial attorney and a Certified Public Accountant specializing in forensic accounting, business valuation, expert witness testimony and other areas where the law and accounting converge.  He has been a Certified Valuation Analyst since 2007 and has testified in state and federal courts on business valuation and economic damages issues.

Significant Experience:
Represented liquidator of Kentucky Central Life Insurance for numerous claims exceeding $100 million; supervised testify accounting experts and prepared appellate brief wherein the Kentucky Court of appeals reversed trial court and held the Webb brothers liable on personal guarantees totaling approximately $120 million dollars.

Represented the trustee appointed under the Securities Investor Protection Act to recover roughly $6 million in funds unlawfully taken by the owner of the brokerage house in a ponzi scheme; supervised expert accounting consultants throughout liquidation.

Represented hundreds of clients in state/federal court as trial counsel in both criminal and civil cases as well as active in family law courts.

Prepared substantial number of business valuations for both taxation and litigation purposes.  Mr. Green has also been recognized by state/federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky as an expert witness on business valuation and economic damages issues and has testified in such cases for more than a decade.

Mr. Green is also active in domestic relations and probate matters as well as the preparation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders for use in Ohio and Kentucky divorce proceedings.

Philip Brandewie


Associate Attorney

Philip Brandewie  is a proud graduate of Capital University in Columbus, Ohio where he obtained his law degree cum laude, and he is licensed to practice law in Ohio. He is also a proud graduate of the Ohio State University where he majored in history and minored in the legal foundations of society. Philip is committed to client service and wants to help his clients through the complex legal process.

Philip is a Cincinnati native; he attended Wyoming High School. And is attuned to local issues and concerns. Outside of the law Philip enjoys exercising, especially cycling and racquetball, and watching comedy. 

Karen Oakley


Associate Attorney

Karen has been a legal advocate for over 15 years. She has represented clients in juvenile, domestic relations, probate and criminal courts. She advocates for the underdog.

Karen’s legal experience includes, being a Magistrate in Brown County Juvenile/Probate Court, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in both Hamilton and Brown Counties, Associate at Katz Greenberger and Norton, LLP, Guardian ad Litem in the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office.

Karen is a native of Nyack, New York. She attended Chatham College is Pittsburgh, Pa. Karen attended Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase college of Law as an older student. At that time she was married with two children. Her third child was born her third year of law school.

Karen says “I believe great legal representation should be affordable to everyone.”
